Before you join
Straightforward monthly membership
Sign up online in a couple of minutes, then drive in and we’ll fit your tag. Plans renew monthly. Cancellation requires five days’ notice and an in-person form; a $25 fee applies within the first 60 days. Questions first? Call 331-701-7141 or read the membership terms.
How often can I really wash?
Up to one wash per day, every day your membership is active. Most members wash once or twice a week — the plan pays for itself long before that.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Stop by the office during business hours and we'll move you up or down a tier. The new rate applies from your next billing date.
Does it cover more than one car?
Each membership covers the single vehicle it's registered to, identified by its RFID tag or licence plate. Additional vehicles need their own plan.
What if you're closed?
Weather and preventative maintenance occasionally close the tunnel. We post closures at the site and let members know by email or text.
